Orange Delight Salad

1 small cool whip… 8 oz.

1 small cottage cheese  ...8oz.

1 small pkg of orange Jell-O dry

1 drained small can of mandarin oranges (chopped)

 (I buy an extra can to use to garnish top…make little flowers with them or pinwheel shapes)

1 drained small can of crushed pineapple. 

Mix together and chill until firm. Garnish with mandarin oranges.
